Pastor Doug McHargue
Doug has served at the Presbyterian Church of Central City since 2004. He is the lead pastor and also serves as youth director. Doug is active in the community serving as the President of the Merrick County Ministerial Alliance as well as being a part of other community organizations. He is married to Kelly who teaches and coaches at Central City Public Schools. They have a daughter, Elaina, and a son, Luke. Doug holds an MDiv. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Previous to coming the the Presbyterian Church of Central City, Doug has served as a youth pastor, lead church planter, and as an English Ministry pastor of a Korean church in Chicago. Doug has roots in Central Nebraska and is happy to be serving and living in his home town. In addition to his role at the church Doug owns and operates a local Laundromat and manages rental properties.
Secretary Deb Soll
Deb has served the church for many years. In addition to producing the bullitens, taking phone calls, and other duties, Deb prays and cares for the people in the church in an invaluable way. She is in the office Tuesday through Friday from 8am - 12pm.
Janitor and Maintenance Dale Soll
Dale keeps the building looking great! In addition to cleaning Dale keeps tabs on the elevator, the boiler, lights, sprinklers, etc. He has a real servants heart and is always willing to do whatever needs done.
